Corian® by DuPontTM
Corian® is the original solid surface material, first developed in 1963 by DuPontTM. It is now available in over 100 colors, and provides consumers with endless design possibilities including custom shaping, edge treatments, custom in-lay designs, drain boards, integral sinks, and so much more. Corian® is a nonporous surface that is easy to clean and maintain, and is both heat and stain resistant. Corian® can be used for applications throughout the home including countertops, backsplashes, vanity tops, wall cladding, tub and shower surrounds, desktops, fireplace surrounds and windowsills, just to name a few. Corian® carries a 10-year transferable installed warranty backed by DuPontTM, a company that celebrated its 200th anniversary in 2002. DuPontTM is based in Wilmington, Del., U.S.A., and is noted for its scientific achievements and innovation - providing products and services that improve the lives of people everywhere.
